| Established in 2009 in Sopot, under the name of Gelati Giuseppe, was a first of its kind in Europe artisan, cruelty-free gelateria (italian for Ice cream parlour). Currently Gelati Giuseppe is a fully-functional artisan gelato production facility open to customers, be they hotels, restaurants, cafeterias or ice cream parlours, which care for their clients' health. Italian craftsman who is responsible for the recipes and the production is Giuseppe Lamandini. On the ice cream market our gelato (italian for ice cream) are a unique product. It is comprised of only natural, plant-based ingredients, mostly organic and fairtrade. Instead of harmful white sugar we use healthy xylitol (birch sugar from Finland), organic unrefined cane sugar and raw, organic agave nectar. Our flavours range from the traditional to the unusual e.g. carrot, beetroot, apple with goji berries, marzipan, lemon with spirulina, pinacolada and gula java gelato. |
